How to Use?

  • Open the carry case and take the heated eye mask out
  • Place the mask in a clean microwave and heat for 10–15 seconds.At 800W. And take it out.
  • Check temperature with your fingers—mask should feel comfortably warm, not hot.
  • Close your eyes and place the mask over them. Use for 10–15 minutes while lying back or relaxing.
